The Settlements section provides access to your quarterly financial settlement statements. These documents summarise rental income and other financial transactions related to your property for a specific period.
7.1 Settlement List
Settlements are listed in a table with the following columns:

7.2 Downloading a Settlement
Click on any settlement row to download the corresponding PDF invoice document. The file will open in a new browser tab or be downloaded depending on your browser settings.
7.3 View Options
Use the toggle buttons at the top-right to switch between List view (table rows) and Grid view (card layout) according to your preference.
