The My Reservations section shows all reservations that you (as the owner) have created through the portal. This section lists your personal stay reservations.
5.1 Reservation Tabs
The page is divided into four tabs to help you organise your reservations:

Future — Upcoming reservations that have not yet started

Past — Reservations that have already been completed

All — Shows all reservations regardless of status

Cancelled — Reservations that have been cancelled
5.2 Reservation Card Details
Each reservation is displayed as a card showing: the unit photo, unit name and number, booking reference code, number of guests, total amount, and reservation status.
5.3 Expanded Reservation View
Click any reservation card to expand it and view full details including: reserved under, check-in and check-out dates, number of nights, cost breakdown, mandatory services, extra services, and the date the reservation was created.
If no reservations match a selected filter, a shortcut button is displayed to navigate directly to My Availability.
5.4 Making a New Reservation
Reservations are created using a 4-step wizard, accessible from either My Availability or My Reservations:
Step 1 — Reservation Details: Select your property, arrival and departure dates, number of persons, and reason for stay. A live summary panel updates as you fill in the form.
Step 2 — Guest Details: Enter or confirm information about the guests who will be staying.
Step 3 — Choose Services: Select any additional services offered by the resort (e.g., breakfast, activities, extra cleaning).
Step 4 — Confirmation: Review all details and confirm the reservation. Once confirmed, the booking is saved automatically.
