The My Details section contains all your personal account information and related settings. It is divided into four tabs.
6.1 My Details Tab
This tab displays and allows you to update your personal information, including:

Owner / Company name

First and last name
-
Address details (street, postal code, city, country)

Phone number and mobile phone number
The following fields are read-only and managed by the park:

Email address / username

VAT number
-
Bank account details (IBAN, BIC, bank name)
After making changes, scroll down and click ‘Save changes’ to apply them.
6.2 Contracts Tab
This tab shows any rental management contracts associated with your properties. Use the property dropdown to view contracts for a specific accommodation. Contracts are listed by file name and creation date and can be downloaded as PDFs. Both list and grid views are available.
6.3 Documents Tab
The Documents section provides a library of important documents shared by park management with all property owners. These may include sustainability and energy efficiency policies, annual risk assessment analyses, insurance policy documents, building and inventory insurance sheets, and other relevant policy or regulatory documents.
6.4 Change Password Tab
To update your login password, navigate to the Change Password tab and enter your current password followed by your new password (entered twice for confirmation). Click ‘Save’ to apply the change. Use the eye icon to toggle password visibility.
