The My Availability section allows owners to view the availability calendar for their registered property (or properties). This is the primary tool for indicating which dates your accommodation is available or rented by guests.
4.1 Accessing My Availability
Click ‘My Availability’ in the sidebar navigation. The page loads with a year-long calendar view showing all 12 months. You can switch between years using the year selector dropdown at the top-left.
4.2 Property Selector
If you own multiple properties, use the property dropdown at the top of the page to switch between your different accommodations. Each property has its own separate availability calendar.
4.3 Calendar Colour Legend
The calendar uses colour coding to indicate the status of each day. Click the ‘Legend’ button (top-right) to view the colour key:

Available — The date is open for reservations |

Not available — The date is blocked and not available for booking |

Light Blue |
Reservation — A guest booking exists for this date |

Purple |
Owner booking — You have reserved this date for personal use |

Past period — The date has already passed |
4.4 Adding a New Reservation
To create a new owner reservation, click the ‘Add new reservation’ button at the top-right of the availability page. This opens the 4-step Make a Reservation wizard (see Section 5 for full details).
