10.1 Built-in Help Guides
The platform includes built-in interactive help guides to assist users. To access these:

Click the question mark (?) icon in the top navigation bar

A panel slides open from the right side of the screen

Select the relevant guide for the current page

Click ‘Start’ to begin the step-by-step interactive walkthrough

The guide highlights key features across the platform in guided steps
The orange dot on the help icon indicates there are guides available for the current page. Guides can be replayed from the help menu at any time.
10.2 User Profile & Logout
Click on your profile avatar (initials circle) in the top-right corner of the screen. A dropdown appears showing your name, email address, and two options: ‘Profile’ (navigates to My Details) and ‘Log out’ (ends your session and returns to the login screen).
10.3 Language Settings
To change the portal language, click the flag icon in the top navigation bar. A dropdown will appear with four language options: EN (English), NL (Dutch), DE (German), and FR (French). The platform will reload in your selected langu
