2.1 Accessing the Platform
Open a web browser and navigate to ResortNet portal URL https://www.resortnet.nl/nl/ . Click Login and You will be redirected to the login page where you can enter your registered email address and password to sign in.
If you have forgotten your password, use the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login page. You can also change your password at any time via My Details > Change Password.
2.2 Header Bar
The header bar is always visible at the top of every page and contains:

Hamburger Menu (☰) — Opens or closes the sidebar navigation panel

RF Logo — Returns you to the Dashboard from any page

Help Guide icon (?) — Opens contextual help guides for the current page. An orange badge indicates new guides are available

Language Selector — Displays a country flag; click to change between EN, NL, DE, and FR

User Avatar — Shows your initials. Clicking it opens a menu with your name, email address, a Profile shortcut, and a Log out option
2.3 Navigation Sidebar
The platform uses a collapsible left-side navigation panel. Click the hamburger menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner to open it. The sidebar slides out and displays all available navigation links. Click anywhere outside the sidebar (or the arrow icon inside) to close it.
