The Dashboard is the first screen displayed after logging in. It provides a personalised greeting with your name and the current date, and serves as the central hub for monitoring your property’s performance at a glance.

3.1 Weather Widget

A weather card displays the current weather conditions at the resort’s location. The card shows the weather description (e.g., ‘Partly cloudy’), the current temperature in Celsius, and the day’s minimum and maximum temperature forecast.

3.2 Announcements Carousel

Below the weather widget, a carousel displays recent announcements from park management. Each announcement card shows the author’s profile photo and name, the time since the announcement was posted, the full text, a ‘Likes’ counter with a thumbs-up button to react, and a ‘Start the conversation’ link to add a reply. Navigate between multiple announcements using the dot pagination indicators.

3.3 Resort News Banner

A full-width image banner links to a featured article published by the resort, keeping owners informed about the latest highlight directly from the Dashboard.

3.4 Own House Units 🆕

A card grid displays all your registered units. Each card includes a unit photo, the unit name and number, the current occupancy rate, and buttons for ‘Show details’ and ‘Reservations’.

3.5 Statistics Panel

An analytics dashboard provides data-driven insights into your property’s performance. Use the filters for date range and house unit selection to customise the view. Displayed statistics include:

  • Total bookings (current year) and total bookings (previous year)

  • New bookings since your last login

  • Revenue comparison charts

  • Guest origin by country

  • Rental income comparison

  • Average nightly price trends
